5. How soon can I get the bag after payment?
- International Delivery
All international orders shall be shipped via FedEx. Please allow 7 to 15 working days for delivery, depending on the country of destination. Shipping fee is computed upon checkout. Customs duties and taxes are excluded from the prices indicated herein and shall be for the buyer’s account. Import duties and/or tariffs vary depending on the destination country. Please note that even as we exert our best efforts to help ensure prompt delivery, any shipment may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. - Local Delivery

Order/s shall be delivered via Lalamove or Grab (excluding Holidays and Sundays)
B. Rest of the Philippines
Order/s shall be shipped via LBC to other regions within the Philippines (excluding Holidays and Sundays)
All orders shall be shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the date of confirmation of payment.
NOTE: A Ferylou paper bag may be included for orders reachable by Lalamove or Grab
6. What is our assurance of your products’ quality? Any warranty policy?
Our design and production processes have been configured for the production of premium quality designer bags comparable with foreign designer goods except in price. Utmost care has been taken at each and every step to help ensure client satisfaction. However, should there be any manufacturing or workmanship defect in any of our products, our Product Warranty, Return and Exchange policies shall apply.
7. How long will it take to repair the product?
It will take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the extent of damage and the availability of materials.
8. What is your return and exchange policy?
Our priority is always the satisfaction of each client and ensuring that every Ferylou bag has been crafted in accord with our premium quality standards. However, should any workmanship issues be encountered by our customer within seven (7) days from receipt of our product, the same may be returned to us and we shall either replace it or credit the amount to your bank account, subject to the terms and conditions stated under Product Warranty, Return and Exchange section.
