I. International Delivery
All international orders shall be shipped via FedEx. Please allow 7 to 15 working days for delivery depending on the country of destination.
Shipping fee is computed upon checkout. Customs duties and taxes are excluded from the prices indicated herein and shall be for the buyer’s account. Import duties and /or tariffs vary depending on the destination country. Please note that even as we exert best efforts to help ensure prompt delivery, any shipment may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
II. Local Delivery
A. Within Metro Manila
Order/s shall be delivered via Lalamove or Grab (excluding Holidays and Sundays)
B. Rest of the Philippines
Order/s shall be shipped via LBC to other regions within the Philippines (excluding Holidays and Sundays)
All orders shall be shipped within 2 to 3 working days from the date of confirmation of payment.
NOTE: A Ferylou paper bag may be included for orders reachable by Lalamove or Grab
