Product Warranty, Return & Exchange Policies

Our priority is always the satisfaction of each client and ensuring that every Ferylou bag has been crafted in accord with our premium quality standards. The following policies govern any concern regarding our products’ quality.

Warranty and Repair

Our limited warranty covers workmanship defects for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase. Should any of our products be found defective under normal use within the first six (6) months, we shall repair such product free of charge.  If oxidation occurs on the turn/twist lock closure within 2 weeks from date of purchase, we shall gladly replace it with a new one. A dated sales invoice, which is sent along with all orders, must be shown along with any request for repair.

Warranty exclusions:
a. Damage due to accident and negligence;
b. Leather damage such as scratches, tears, holes, and piercings;
c. Damage due to normal “wear and tear;” and

d. Likha and Katha bags are not covered by warranty due to the meticulous nature of raffia bag making.

Duration of repair: 3 to 4 weeks depending on the extent of damage and availability of materials. Under the terms of this warranty, shipping shall be for the Customer’s account.

Return and Exchange

Our priority is always the satisfaction of each client and ensuring that each and every Ferylou bag has been crafted in accord with our premium quality standards. However, should any workmanship issues be encountered by our Customer within seven (7) days from receipt of our product, the same may be returned to us and we shall either replace it or credit the amount to your bank account, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Return and exchange of product must be requested via email: feryloubagsph@gmail.com. In the email return request, unboxing video and clear images of the following should be included for our review: 
a. Item in its received condition;
b. Official receipt/sales invoice under your name; and
c. Original packaging (care card, egg tag, paper and dust bags are intact)

2) Shipping fee based on weight and dimensions of the product and destination shall be borne by the Client.
To return the product, kindly ship it back to the address below by placing the product securely in its original packaging and including your proof of purchase:

3) After we receive your product, our team shall inspect the product and update you on the status within 5 to 7 working days.

Once approved, we shall start processing your refund and credit back the amount to your bank. Note that the processing time for the refund via credit card will probably take 2 to 3 weeks.

4) Requests for return and exchange or refund of any product shall not be eligible under any of the following circumstances:
a. Incomplete packaging: no dust bag or paper bag; missing care card and egg tag;
b. Signs of usage such as scuff marks, discoloration, scratches, and major alterations;
c. Missing bag accessories or damaged hardware;
d. No copy of sales invoice or receipt; and
e. Change of mind or dislike
